About

Our History

Jen’s Kitchen was founded in 2020 during the height of the pandemic in Orlando, Florida. At the time, owner Jen Riverawas working as a substitute teacher when school districts shut down. Faced with uncertainty and driven by a deep desire to support and raise her son, Jax, Jen turned to her lifelong passion—cooking.

Our Mission

What began as a small meal prep service for first responders, quarantined friends, and family quickly grew. As the world reopened, Jen expanded her services to include trainers, athletes, and busy families looking for healthy, ready-made meals tailored to their needs.

Today, Jen is a Private Chef based in the heart of Miami, specializing in post operative nutrition. Her journey has come full circle as she returns to her roots—serving her community with heart and purpose.
